My Shopify Winner (“we,” “us”) runs myshopifywinner.com, an independent directory of AI creative tools for Shopify DTC brands.
What we collect
- Site usage: standard server and analytics data (pages viewed, device/browser type, approximate location, referrer). Exact tools depend on what we enable.
- Email: if you join the weekly creative note or contact us.
- Vendor / sponsor forms: business name, tool URL, contact email, and whatever you voluntarily submit for listing or paid placement.
- Payments: if you buy a sponsor package, payment details are processed by our payment provider (for example Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
How we use it
To operate the directory, review submissions, fulfill sponsor placements, send the weekly note you signed up for, improve the site, and respond to messages. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies
We may use cookies or similar tech for basics (session, preferences) and, if enabled, analytics. You can block cookies in your browser; some features may break.
Sharing
We share data with processors who help us run the site (hosting, email, payments, analytics) under their terms. We may disclose information if required by law.
Retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it when practical.
Your choices
Unsubscribe from the weekly note via the link in the email (or contact us). To correct or delete submission data we hold, email myshopifywinner@mail.grokbot.com.
Children
The site is for business users. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

We may update this page. The “Last updated” date will change when we do.
